How I started

I am a prop maker and painter in the film industry, working and living in the London area. I have always been creative at home as well as at work and originally started making book nooks as a way to brighten up our son’s bedroom. This quite quickly became a hobby which I enjoyed doing in my time off.

When the pandemic hit, my industry shut down and I found myself at a bit of a loose end and with no source of income. A family friend suggested my nooks could be the answer, so I set up my Etsy shop and sales slowly began coming in.
